When the Black Sheep Restaurant Group built their flagship restaurant in Jacksonville’s historic Five Points neighborhood, a flatiron building with a rooftop patio, one thing was clear: this restaurant demanded menus as undeniably hip and innoative as the building itself.
The restaurant’s commitment using the freshest local ingredients presented a unique challenge: The menus had to be easily editable at a moment’s notice. The dinner menus feature food, wine, beer, and cocktail tabs attached to custom powdered coated aluminum backs with screwposts, allowing for easy dis- and re-assembly.
The interior wall menu features hand-placed laser-cut white acrylic letters with magnetic backing, so any of the menu items can be brushed off and replaced at any time.
In 2013, the dinner menu was recognized by the AAF 4th District with a Gold District AAF 4th District with a Gold District ADDY®.
